Connections Counseling is an outpatient AODA and Mental Health Clinic in Wisconsin which is a certified outpatient drug, alcohol, and mental health clinic. Shelly Dutch is the director of Connections Counseling and is also the founder. For over 25 years Shelly has dedicated her work to young people and their families. Families are a vital part of successful treatment and Connections Counseling in Wisconsin encourages members of the family to participate in their family program. The Family Program is run by certified family therapists and involves education and comprehensive interactive groups.

College and Adolescents Groups are a part of Connections Counseling and they offer several different groups for college and adolescent individuals. Some of these groups include gender specific groups, dual diagnosis, and OWI and opiate specific treatment groups. Other Groups that are offered change depending on the client’s needs at the time but can include Girls Talk, Eating Disorders, Teens in Control, College I, College II, Co-Ed Adult Support, Young Adults, Opiate 1, Opiate 2, Families Anonymous, and Adult Women’s Group.

There are many different services provided by Connections Counseling which include Court Evaluations, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Mental Health Services, Psychiatric Services, Family Services, Interventions and an Opiate Program.

In order to make sure the client receives the right form and level of care each client has an individual assessment done. Joint assessments are also conducted which involves the parents of adolescents and young adults.
