Services for children are designed to help children going through depression, anger, trauma, abuse, attention deficit and other issues. Centerstone offers Outpatient, School-based, Community-based, Intensive in-home treatment and Therapeutic preschool.

Services for adolescents as well as their families cope with new and at times painful challenges. Centerstone is successful in helping young adults overcome behavioral issues which include depression, trauma, anxiety, anger and substance abuse and other behavioral problems. Services for adults provides treatment for stress, depression, trauma, anxiety, phobia, family problems, substance abuse or addiction, grief and other life adjustment challenges, anger management problems, and other serious behavioral problems. Centerstone offers individual and group counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, crisis services, substance abuse and addiction disorder treatment, Intervention services for addictions, family counseling and Residential services for serious mental illness.

Services for older adults identifies symptoms of depression, substance misuse and abuse, anxiety, and other mental health issues and develops treatment plans that are individualized for older clients. Centerstone offers crisis services, individualized needs assessment, psychiatric evaluation and treatment, medication evaluation and management including prescription assistance if needed, individual and group counseling, substance abuse and addiction disorder treatment, case management, in home counseling, caregiver support and family counseling, assistance in accessing community services, education and support to help manage daily life, coordination with other healthcare providers, and residential programs.

Centerstone’s clinics are based in Tennessee and Indiana but they also offer several services that are available nationwide. These services include Crisis Management Strategies, Intervention Services, Solutions EAP, and Behavioral Pathway Systems.

Crisis Management Strategies provides Critical Incident Stress Management services that help employees and businesses heal faster from critical incidents. Examples of a critical incident includes accidents, assaults, death of an employee, explosions, external threat, fire, flood, tornado, hostage situation, stalking of employees, sudden illness, and workplace threats and or violence.

Intervention Services help individuals who are suffering from addiction recognize and face their destructive behaviors and encourages them to accept the treatment need so they can recover. An intervention is done with a qualified and experienced Interventionist and the help of family and friends.
